Services and Programs

The ASDC is able to meet with you and your athletes to determine how we can assist your club/association.  We welcome the opportunity to assist your organization in developing and supporting your athlete on the road to sporting excellence. We showcase such services as performance profiling and Winning Edge seminars, which collaboratively involve the vast areas of mental training (goal setting, mental toughness, positive self-talk, imagery & visualization), nutrition/health services along with injury prevention, choosing a post-secondary education, self-marketing/sponsorship and performance enhancement strategies.
