The AEP Dev Group has been designed to teach emerging elite athletes the fundamentals of proper strength and conditioning training. Training is held at the University of Lethbridge High Performance Centre and led by the HP Centre strength and conditioning coaches. The AEP Dev group will put athletes on the fast track to apply and join the free AEP.

LFC High Performance Training

ASDC SW and the University of Lethbridge High Performance Centre are excited to offer speed and agility training to Lethbridge Football Club. This is an exclusive 15-week training program for U14 to U18 LFC players starting November 17.
Cost is just $70 a player. Register early as space is limited.

Molson OnIce Draft

The 2016/17 Molson OnIce Fantasy Hockey Draft is set for Thursday, October 13th!
We are excited to be returning to Casino Lethbridge for this important fundraising event. Funds generated from this event will stay in Lethbridge and help fund development programs for emerging athletes in southwest Alberta.

The Athlete Enhancement Program (AEP) is the athlete support program of the ASDC Network aimed to provide high-quality sports science support to emerging high performance athletes in their regions. The program develops the foundational building blocks for future performances. AEP provides emerging athletes an opportunity to receive sport science support in;
Strength & Conditioning
Individuals who have the following experiences qualify for AEP;
Alberta Winter Games or Alberta Summer Games
Western Canada Summer Games
Canada Winter Games or Canada Summer Games
Member of Team Alberta, Team Canada, or Jr. Team Canada
Member of a Developmental Team Alberta
Athletes in the “Training to Train” or “Training to Compete” levels of the Long Term Athlete Development Model with the above experience
“Train to Win” level athletes may also be considered, preference given to younger athletes
