Volleyball Prep

This multi-dimensional training series will provide youth volleyball players with technical training, volleyball specific strength and conditioning, mental skills training, and sports vision training. Each session will contain one-hour of technical skills training, followed by one-hour of strength and conditioning training. 

Training has been split between a developmental track for players ages 12 to 14, and a high-performance track for ages 15 to 18.

The volleyball training series is led by the Lethbridge College Kodiaks coaches at the LC Gym and Fitness Centre.

Training runs from late June to mid-August.
