Strength and Conditioning Training

Strength and Conditioning training is a vital component of any athletic program. The ASDC SW provides athlete strength and condition services that support the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) program and allow for overall athlete performance enhancement. ASDC SW has developed relationships with the top facilities and strength coaches in the region. Our strength and conditioning professionals design the highest quality physical preparation programs and cardiovascular conditioning appropriate to each athlete's sport specific needs.  

Strength and conditioning training also forms an important  part of an athlete's injury-prevention strategy, by implementing recovery strategies to offset the inevitable fatigue that results from competing and performing at a consistently high level.
