Joshua Hoetmer is a member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association and currently a mental performance consultant for the Saskatoon Blades of the Western Hockey League, Hockey Canada Program of Excellence and Vauxhall Academy of Baseball. Joshua has been providing mental performance services for ASDC SW since 2012 when he started with the organization as the program facilitator.

Joshua completed an undergrad at the University of Lethbridge and was a member of the Emotion and Performance Lab where he examined stress and coping in athletes transitioning into a high school sport academy. After, he completed Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and was awarded the 2017 Canadian Sport Psychology Association Young Professional of the Year.
