Joshua Hoetmer is a member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association and currently a mental performance consultant for the Saskatoon Blades of the Western Hockey League, Hockey Canada Program of Excellence and Vauxhall Academy of Baseball. Joshua has been providing mental performance services for ASDC SW since 2012 when he started with the organization as the program facilitator.


Registered Dietitian Lindsay DeBoer will provide information on a variety of topics like;

  • Eating for events and multiple competitions
  • Hydration
  • Supplements
  • and more 

The goal is for parents, athletes, and coaches to learn how to be properly fueled! on eating for competitions, hydration, supplements, meal planning and snacks. Register Dietician Lindsey DeBoer will provide insights into the do and don'ts in three sessions.

Lindsay is a Registered Dietitian originally from the Lethbridge area. Lindsay completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan and has an Associate of Science degree in Human Biology from the College of Western Idaho. Lindsay currently works as a clinical dietitian and working in sports nutrition has always been an additional area of interest.
