Nutrition is a major part of an athlete’s life and is important in optimizing performance. The choices an athlete makes every day can directly impact performance in sport, training, and recovery. The ASDC SW only uses Registered Dieticians to ensure the information guiding the athletes is accurate and reliable.

Athletes, parents and coaches can also seek out advice on supplement use and how supplements affect an athlete’s health, performance, and fair play.
